1. Mandatory Service Intervals (ISO 14644-2:2026)

Under the 2026 regulatory framework, the frequency of your ULPA service is determined by your Cleanroom Class and your Risk Assessment Plan:

  • ISO Class 6 and Above: Requires service every 12 months.

2. The 2026 Service Protocol: Beyond the Filter

A. Integrity Testing (Discrete Particle Counting)
