Key Ventilation Technologies for Docks

1. High-Velocity Air Curtains

Installed at the top of the loading door, these units create a powerful, invisible "wall" of air.

  • Environmental Separation: They prevent up to 80% of conditioned air from escaping when the door is open, significantly reducing your Chiller or Cooling Unit load.

  • Pest and Dust Control: The high-velocity stream physically blocks insects, street dust, and exhaust fumes from entering the facility.

Engineering Integration: The "Pressure Shield"

  • Positive Pressure Management:

    To keep your warehouse clean, we calibrate the Make-up Air (MUA) units to be slightly higher than the exhaust. This creates Positive Pressure, ensuring that when a loading door opens, air flows out rather than sucking dust and humidity in.
